バブカ専門店［バブカカダブラ］が2025年10月4日（土）に京都・下鴨にオープン

2025年10月4日（水）に、スイーツデニッシュ・バブカの専門店［バブカカダブラ］（京都府京都市左京区）がオープンする。バブカは東欧発祥のパンの一種で、ブリオッシュ生地にチョコレートやシナモンなどを練り込み、編み込んだような形状が特徴。特にニューヨークで人気が高く、日本ではバブカを専門に扱う店はまだ珍しい存在だ。こちらで販売されるのは、構想から約8年を経て開発された6種類。チョコレートや素材を惜しみなくたっぷり練り込み、まるでスイーツのようにずっしり濃厚な、本場ニューヨークスタイルに仕上げられているそう。単に生地をねじるのではなく、独自の製法で一層一層を丁寧に編み込むことで、カットした際に見える美しい断面と模様を生み出しているのが特徴だ。“ありふれた日を特別に変えるバブカ”をコンセプトにした［バブカカダブラ］の新しい味わいを楽しんでみて。
