滋賀県民のソウルフード・うみのこカレーが県内のセブンイレブンに期間限定で登場！
滋賀県の小学5年生の体験学習で提供されるカレーを参考にした「びわ湖の想いで うみのこカレー」が、滋賀県内のセブンイレブンに登場！2025年10月12日（日）までの期間限定で販売される。
うみのこカレーは、琵琶湖の環境などについて児童たちが学ぶ学習船「うみのこ」の船内メニューとして親しまれる“県民のソウルフード”。野菜の甘みやコクが感じられるルゥに豚カツを盛り付け、スパイシーな香りが食欲を刺激する。「うみのこ」の料理長による試食も重ね、レシピを忠実に再現しているそう。懐かしさを感じながら、改めて琵琶湖について語るきっかけになればという想いが込もった特別なカレー。この機会にぜひ味わってみて。
