滋賀のマキノエリアに新たなカフェスペース［TaLaBrew（タラブリュー）］がオープン！

滋賀県高島市のマキノエリアに、旬の食材を使ったランチやスペシャリティコーヒーなどが楽しめるカフェスペース［TaLaBrew］が誕生。2025年7月21日（月・祝）よりプレオープンをスタートする。“TaLa”という名称には、「Talk by the Lake」という想いが込められており、琵琶湖のほとりというロケーションで“ここにしかない時間”をゆっくりと味わえる。
店内ではランチタイムのTaLaプレートやサンドイッチプレートをはじめ、地元食材を活かしたグルテンフリーのティラミスや季節のジェラートまで、体にやさしい植物性レシピを揃えている。また福岡で人気のコーヒー店［COFFEE COUNTY］の豆を使ったコーヒーや、自家製スパイスチャイ、瀬戸内レモンのレモネードなど、ドリンクも充実。上質でありながら肩肘張らない心地よい空間で、ほっとするひとときを過ごして。
