The store has been renovated to preserve as much as possible the atmosphere of a former kimono wholesaler's townhouse, with mud walls, beams, and pillars that remind us of those days.
The view of the tsuboniwa garden from the counter seats with horigotatsu (table placed over a sunken kotatsu) is atmospheric, with well-maintained stone lanterns, moss, and white sand.
