Since the owner's hometown is Yamagata, the restaurant's dishes are mainly Yamagata's local cuisine. Yamagata's local noodles, such as niku soba, dashi soba, and chicken Chinese noodle soup, are popular for lunch. The meat soba matches the thick, satisfyingly thick buckwheat noodles from Yamagata's noodle mills with the thick broth.

TSUTAKU NIKU-SOBA ¥1,000. Thick Yamagata soba noodles and chewy chashu pork made from parent chicken go well with the combined chicken and bonito broth.

Yamagata's "dashi" (soup stock), made with cucumber, eggplant, condiments, and kelp, is served on tofu for 500 yen, and the restaurant's signature local sake, Daisen Jusui, is 800 yen hot.
