伏見稲荷に新たなカフェが誕生！［稲彦珈琲（いなひここーひー）］が2025年9月12日にオープン

日本の伝統美と現代の和スイーツが融合したカフェ［稲彦珈琲］（京都府京都市伏見区）が、2025年9月12日（金）にオープンする。看板商品に掲げるのは［伏見稲荷大社］の朱をイメージした鮮やかな赤と黒のソフトクリーム「ブラック×ストロベリーミックス」。フレッシュないちごの朱とスペイン産の3種のチョコレートをブレンドした深みあるブラックを重ね、竹炭を練り込んだコーンに盛り付けた逸品だ。黒のコントラストが際立ち、アート作品のような存在感が楽しめる。
さらに2025年9月12日（金）〜18日（木）の期間はオープン記念キャンペーンを開催。好きなソフトクリームが100円で購入できるという太っ腹企画を実施するそう！北海道の人気ロースター［森彦珈琲］の豆を使用したドリンクメニューとともに、新名物を味わってみて。
