Particularly popular is the AEON STYLE Higashiyama Nijo on the first floor. The supermarket, which has been serving as the neighborhood's kitchen since the time of its predecessor, is returning after an absence of about four years. The location is within walking distance to Kawaramachi and other central areas, so there is not much inconvenience for shopping, but the addition of AEON will make it even more convenient.

The building also includes a café, health care facilities for physical conditioning, and office space on the third and fourth floors.

The most symbolic space is the grand staircase from the 2nd to 4th floor. It is equipped with underfloor heating, and will be a relaxing space where people can gather and talk, such as for tenant workers to use as a place for cross-industrial exchange. It is expected to become a facility that will be close to people's daily lives, where they can take a break while doing their daily shopping or stop by after work.

The opening date is said to be different for each tenant, but I too am looking forward to the opening of [2wa], which will further enliven the surrounding area.
