2025年9月3日（水）〜9日（火）の期間、［京都髙島屋S.C.］（京都府京都市下京区）で横浜発ギフトスイーツブランド［横浜バニラ］のポップアップが開催される。元HiHi Jetsの高橋優斗氏が代表を務めるこちらのブランドは、12時間で販売されたフィナンシェの最多個数が世界No.1を達成しギネスに認定されるなど、注目を集めている。看板商品のバニラフィナンシェは、国産小麦を使用した小麦粉を100%使用し、中はしっとり外はカリッと焼き上げたこだわりの逸品。濃厚かつ力強いバニラの香りとバターのリッチなコク、仕上げに振り掛けられる岩塩のやわらかな塩味が特徴だ。この機会に話題のスイーツを味わってみて。
