In this season of abundant ingredients, we are holding an autumn fair filled with seasonal delicacies. Each guest selects one main dish from a choice of six for lunch and seven for dinner. The menu includes a variety of mushrooms such as porcini mushrooms, truffles, and daikoku hon shimeji mushrooms, and each dish arrives at your table with a gorgeous appearance. Some of the menu items include dishes using morel mushrooms, which are rarely seen. The "Stewed hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce and porcini cream sauce" is a juicy hamburger steak with an aromatic sauce that intertwines perfectly with the meat. The live cheese shaving is also an enjoyable experience.

For dessert, the "Petit Tart Collection," which was popular last year, is back. New on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is the "Okonomi Monaka" with a choice of red bean paste and toppings. You can choose your favorite bean paste from five types: tsubu-an, chestnut red bean paste, black sesame red bean paste, zunda red bean paste, and yuzu red bean paste. In October, purple sweet potato red bean paste and pumpkin red bean paste will be available for Halloween.
