Mar Blanche, a popular confectionery store in Kitayama, Kyoto, has released a Buche de Noel with a cute forest elf, Romain-kun, again this year due to its popularity. The rich chocolate sponge cake is layered with chocolate mousse, caramel pudding, etc. Next to the chocolate sponge cake is a Romain-kun cake with sweet and sour strawberry mousse.
