Konishi Imo has been in business for more than 70 years and is still loved by local residents as "the place to go when you think of a potato shop." Since 2019, they have collaborated with a popular gelato store in the Sanjokai shopping district, Premarche Gelateria, to sell gelato made without animal products and a university potato parfait that brings out the natural sweetness of potatoes.
