An ancient shrine that is said to have been built in 709. The main hall, which exudes a solemn atmosphere, was rebuilt in 1814. On the left is Kuwayamagu Shrine, which enshrines Omi no Takakami, and on the right, Hachimangu Shrine enshrines Honda Besson. It is a famous spot for autumn leaves, and the green maple leaves are beautiful from spring to summer.

The ancient temple of the 21st Reisho of the Saigoku Sanjusansho. The statue of Shaka Nyorai reclining in nirvana, made in the Kamakura period, which is enshrined in the main hall, is called 'Nadebutsu' because it can be directly touched, and is believed to cure illness. The garden, designated as a scenic spot by Kyoto Prefecture, which can be seen from the study, was created in the Edo period. Be soothed by the splendid garden where seasonal plants and old trees add flavor.
