Kumon Teacher Wanted

Kumon is now recruiting "Kumon Teachers" in Kyoto who can experience children's growth! Information sessions in March have started, and online implementation is abundant!

Kumon" is improving the academic performance of many children through the Kumon Method of learning. Kumon teachers" who support these children are popular nationwide as a job for those who want to work while raising children or who love children. Since they teach students two days a week, they are able to balance work and family life at their own pace. Another feature of this job is that you can open a classroom at home or work near your home, which allows you to contribute to the community and work for a long time. It is a challenging and rewarding job that allows you to grow yourself while nurturing the abilities of each child, and is ideal for those who want to work interacting with children. The company also offers an extensive training program where you can interact with senior teachers and receive advice from them, which is reassuring.

No previous teaching experience is required to become a Kumon teacher; in fact, nearly half of our teachers start with no experience. No special qualifications are required, and we are happy to hear that company employees, housewives, and anyone who loves children can start from zero. In addition, participants in the information session will receive an Amazon gift card worth 1,000 yen without hesitation! If you are interested, feel free to attend the information session.

Kumon Teachers and Students

The Kumon Method is a learning method that is not restricted by age or grade level, but "advances beyond the grade level" with "just learning" according to each individual's ability. While fostering the joy of learning and the pleasure of being able to do so, the Kumon Method enhances academic ability and develops each student's abilities to the fullest.

[The Kumon Institute of Education Kyoto Office held an information session in Kyoto for those interested in setting up a Kumon classroom.
At the information session, the instructor will give a detailed lecture on the system that supports monthly earnings for the first two years, the details of the contract, and the income/expense structure, while sharing the experiences of teachers who are currently active in the field.
