A special afternoon tea featuring strawberries and chocolate is now available. The menu includes strawberry and pistachio macarons with pistachio cream and strawberry confiture sandwiched between strawberry-shaped macarons, a glass dessert verrine layered with strawberry sauce, cream cheese panna cotta, and hibiscus jelly, and freshly baked fondant chocolates topped with warm strawberry sauce. 7. Christmas in Hyssop / [Hyssop].

The Christmas dinner course at Hysoop on the 4th floor is again this year's out-of-the-box, free-spirited conception of plant-based dishes, all prepared in collaboration with Mr. Ryuki Kitajima of "neutral". The course begins with an aperitif flavored with cider and herbs, followed by a refreshing amuse of garland chrysanthemum and yuzu. The course also includes a rich and deep-tasting soup made with Perigord chestnuts, sautéed pecoros, and vegetables baked in a 200 degree oven for two hours.

Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, this pavlova is baked with meringue. The topping is made with two kinds of strawberries, one fresh and the other soaked in lemon juice syrup. Pistachios and walnuts are hidden in the meringue, giving it a variety of textures. A takeout Christmas menu that can be enjoyed at home is available on the 1st floor [MARKET].
