[The second floor of the Blue Bottle Coffee Kyoto Café has been redesigned as "The Lounge-Kyoto," a reservation-only floor! A course menu that can only be experienced here is being offered from March 20 (Sat).
While maintaining the warmth of a kyomachiya, modernity was added with sharp wire chairs that add contrast to the tatami flooring and large glass windows that let in natural light.
The course to be experienced in such a new space is unique to the coffee brand, where you can enjoy three types of coffee selected to your liking from different extraction methods such as fizz, flannel drip, and ogee drip, as well as two types of dessert. It is also nice to know that the sweets menu changes with the seasons.
