A handmade crafts market held on the first Saturday of every month at Umekoji Park near Kyoto Station. The market is held on the first Saturday of every month in Umekoji Park, near Kyoto Station, and the spacious park is a great place to relax and have fun. Hyakumanben's handmade market started in 1987 with only a few stores. Today, about 450 stores have gathered, and the market is so popular that stalls are selected by lottery every month. Held on the 15th of every month in the precincts of Chionji Temple, the market offers a wide variety of items from sundries and accessories to bakery sweets and other items of all genres.

Held on the 4th Saturday of every month at the open area of the Kyoto Okazaki Tsutaya Bookstore. "We want to convey the original craftsmanship. ~Under the theme of "Making things that show the face of the creator," the store offers a variety of processed products such as agricultural products and seasonings from Kyoto and Shiga.

The event is held along the "Narano Stream" that runs through the precincts of Kamigamo Shrine in Kita Ward, where more than 250 stores appear each month. A wide variety of handmade goods, from small items and accessories to bread and agricultural products, are on display. The venue also has a large lawn area where visitors can relax and enjoy themselves.

A fair held at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine on "Tenjin-san no Hi", the 25th of every month. About several hundred to a thousand stores selling gourmet foods, antiques, handmade goods, antique sundries, etc. line the streets. The event starts around 6:00 in the morning, and the grounds are lit up after sunset. The bargains are said to sell out, so getting there early is recommended.
