人気中華料理店［CHINA TONGUE］をはじめ［Ye China Tongue］を展開する［株式会社HAY’s table］が新たに手掛けるワインとフランス料理の店［VOUS］（京都府京都市中京区）をオープン。御池通に面したナチュラルな雰囲気の店内では、数々の実績を持つソムリエの十河由子さんが厳選したワインを生ハムやチーズ、パンなどとともに楽しめる。
ワインの価格は1杯目1100円、2杯目1000円、3杯目以降は800円になるというスタイルを採用。また、生ハムは、量り売りをしておりグラム単位で注文できるのが嬉しい。どれもしっかりした味付けで、お酒がすすむものばかり。また、土・日曜、祝日の限定でモーニングも提供。休日の朝は贅沢にワインと食事を堪能して。
グラスワイン1100円、ウフマヨ400円は、まろやかな濃厚マヨネーズがワインと良く合う一品
