[NIWA] is a new type of art terrace lounge born from the "Garden Project," a collaboration between the Agency for Cultural Affairs, the Japan Tourism Agency, Kyoto Prefecture, Kyoto City, traditional culture-related organizations, and the creative company NAKED, INC.

［NIWA] is an open space where the entire east plaza is used as an eat-in space, where time passes in a relaxed manner. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere naturally encourages conversation.
