Since his student days, the owner, Mr. Nagao has been interested in regional revitalization. 3 years ago, a friend of his moved to Miyama, and every time he visited Miyama, he fell in love with its beautiful nature, traditional food, and satoyama lifestyle, so he himself moved there from Osaka. He renovated the storefront of Matsuda Shoten, which was established in the Taisho era (1912-1926), and opened a select food store that communicates the charm of Miyama under the concept of "creating a small hare-no-hi in the village.
Original products such as kayabuki kenbi, handmade miso and jam from the village, and Miyama clay mugs are also available. Charcoal-baked sweet potatoes and black rice potamochi made from sweet potatoes produced in Miyama are also available for eat-in, so enjoy them as if you were at a café.
