It seemed strange that tea leaves produced by farmers who work with integrity and tea leaves that were blended and whose origin was unclear were being equated with the term Uji matcha. So, we started an antenna shop with the idea of ``delivering accurate information about a single variety from a single farm, so-called single origin.'' The taste of matcha and the time it takes for it to be made right in front of you are truly luxurious.
