Kyoto cuisine kappo (Japanese cooking), inheriting the tradition and name of the long-established ryokan (Japanese inn) "Takeshima" established in 1897. The restaurant offers Kyoto cuisine at reasonable prices, hoping that young people will also become familiar with Kyoto cuisine, while cherishing the hospitality of a once-in-a-lifetime encounter that is embodied in the restaurant's name.
