From March 23 (Sat) to April 14 (Sun), 2024, the "Kaizu-Osaki Cherry Blossom Cruise" will sail around the northernmost cherry blossom viewing spot on Lake Biwa.
The cherry blossoms of Kaizu-Osaki have been selected as one of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan, and approximately 800 magnificent Someiyoshino cherry trees create a 4-kilometer-long cherry blossom tunnel along the shore of Lake Biwa. The Kaizu-Osaki Cherry Blossom Cruise offers a cruise course that allows passengers to enjoy the cherry blossoms in a relaxed atmosphere on the ship, a course that allows passengers to stroll around Kaizu-Osaki, and a plan that includes a boxed lunch. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Biwa and the cherry blossoms that bloom with the arrival of spring to your heart's content from the boat.
