Minakuchi Farm, which engages in recycling-oriented agriculture in the neighborhood of metasequoia trees, has opened a café. The cafe offers a spice curry set meal for 1,760 yen and a hearty vegetable set meal for 1,870 yen at lunchtime, with the hope that customers will "fill up on the vegetables of which they are so proud. Each set meal comes with four to five side dishes, including one that uses rare vegetables such as golden thread melon and korinky.
