From July 2 (Sat) to September 4 (Sun), 2022, an exhibition of Picasso's work will be held at the [Sagawa Art Museum] in Shiga, Japan.
The Israel Museum, which owns approximately 800 works by Picasso, will exhibit a selection of Picasso's works, mainly prints, oil paintings, drawings, and photographs, for the first time in Japan. The works are arranged in chronological order from around 1900, when Picasso began his creative process, to his later years, and the exhibition traces the transition of his painting style, including the "Blue Period" and "Cubism. Advance reservations are required, so be sure to check the website.
