The blue exterior wall is an eye-catching feature in town. It reopened in January of this year, with Mr. Ikenaga as the current manager. The signature dishes are the same as before: Cuban sandwiches and lemonade. The Cuban sandwich is a sandwich popular in Florida, where there are many Cuban immigrants, and the former owner was inspired by the movie. Mr. Ikenaga has added his own twist, and the roast pork inside is now cooked once, loosened, and then grilled crispy and juicy on the surface.
