Toast seasonal jam 530 yen, special vegetable juice 300 yen. The jam is lemon curd, milk, and plum from the top. It changes depending on the season, but choose it with the balance of sourness and sweetness in mind.

This cafe is run by Asahi Taniguchi and Kenichi Nakamura, who were classmates in elementary school. Mimi is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy. However, the main menu is mountain-shaped bread that feels firm and elastic when you bite into it. The 4cm thick slices of toast are available in nine different flavors, including mentaiko butter, anchovies, and seafood cheese.

What's surprising is that the breads and baked goods they sell, including the mountain-shaped bread, are baked in home ovens. Nakamura's mother taught a baking class and always baked delicious bread at home, which gave her the idea.
