At the café, Mr. Tsukiji, a long-time friend of mine who has a wealth of food and drink experience, is in charge of cooking. They serve hamburgers made with minced meat from [Niku no Ishibashi], white bread from a nearby bakery, and vegetable pasta from [Nishiki Shoten], which is working on food loss issues.

“I don’t feel like making dinner on Mondays, so the takeout obanzai is very popular,” says Tsukiji.
