[Hanahou Cafe began renting space at the restaurant two years ago. The owner, Mr. Tominaga, fell in love with spiced curry when he was training at a French restaurant in Tokyo.
The restaurant does not make standard dishes, but has prepared about 100 kinds of curries so far. They include French-style curries such as shrimp bisque curry, beef curry with black beer, biryani and curry dipping noodles, which are mainly served at lunchtime.
They take time to make broth using whole chicken and other ingredients, and their motto is to change the broth for each curry, and spices are mixed to suit its flavor. The spiciness can be adjusted with original spices.
