A kitchen trailer next to the parking lot of a restaurant is located about a 1-minute walk from Utano Station on the Randen Line [Oyasato no Wa].
The owner, Reiko Kamiuchi, has been selling doughnuts once a month in Kamikatsura since 2013, and further opened this store last June near her mother's orchard in Utano. She offers sweets and drinks using fruits harvested from the orchard, and her reputation is based on her handmade doughnuts.
The homey and gentle taste made with butter makes you want to eat it every day. They are deep-fried in rapeseed oil from a long-established cooking oil store in Kyoto, making them crispy and firm to the touch. Also of note is the new "0-second doughnut" frozen doughnut.
