明治3年創業の元料理旅館［鮒鶴］を修復・保存したフレンチレストラン。熟練の宮大工が手掛けた歴史ある壮麗な五層楼閣の純和風建築は国の登録有形文化財。一歩足を踏み入れれば、新旧が調和したモダンな空間が広がる。
