[Sogasitdang" means "Xu Family Restaurant. The owner, Xu Isshige, opened this restaurant specializing in Korean soup to express his gratitude to his mother who raised him single-handedly. The tail soup, simmered for 12 hours while carefully removing excess blood and oil, is filled with vegetables such as royal ferns and bean sprouts.
