漁師が営む湖魚の佃煮専門店［BIWAKO DAUGHTERS］の姉妹店としてオープンしたピッツェリア。「琵琶湖の幸と近江の野菜を1度に味わうにはどうすれば？」と考えて答えをピッツァに求めたそう。マスコットキャラのなまずのように真っ黒な小屋の建材は、SDGsの観点から倒木の端材を利用。琵琶湖を渡る風に吹かれて、ビワマスのサルモーネや湖魚のペスカトーレなど常時5種類の創作ピッツァを楽しめる。また、ココア入りの黒いバンズでサンドしたなまずバーガー702円や、雑味を除いた水研ぎ焙煎のマロンコーヒー486円もイチオシ。ワンコ連れOK。
