On Friday, September 12, 2025, the "4th Kyoto Night Market," a fusion of art, entertainment & experiences, and a market, will be held at [Otosan Plaza] (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture). This year's event will be the first collaboration with "GATEWAY.KYOTO," an exhibition of cultural and artistic works by contemporary artists in Kyoto, and a large-scale contemporary sculpture will appear at the venue. The highlight of the event will be the fantastic coexistence of the night market and art, illuminated by lights at night. More than 60 unique food stalls and kitchen cars will be set up, and a variety of entertainment and experience programs will be planned to make the night market even more exciting. A total of 35,000 people from Japan and abroad have visited the market so far, so check out this one-night-only event that is also attracting attention as an international night market.
