The "Kyoto Yoshidayama Grand Tea Ceremony," which started in 2010 and will be held for the 12th time, will be held on June 3 (Sat.) and 4 (Sun.), 2023, at Yoshidayama (on the grounds of Yoshida Shrine). Thirty-seven booths will be lined up in the precincts of Yoshida Shrine, where visitors will be able to taste the rich appeal of approximately 300 varieties of tea. In addition to Japanese teas from all over Japan, teas from around the world, including China, Taiwan, England, Vietnam, Korea, and other countries, will be offered in various production methods, so visitors are encouraged to taste the different aromas and flavors and find their favorites. Rare tea leaves are also available for sale.
