貴船川の上流に位置する涼感満点の川床で、川魚や山菜を盛り込んだ会席料理が味わえる［奥貴船兵衛］。貴船神社の神主だった先代が、参拝者に山菜料理などを振るまったことに始まる。貴船の川床ならではの涼と臨場感を追求し、2026年に全席をリニューアル。川床をL字にくり抜いたカウンター席からは滝や川辺の景色が広がり、まるで川面に浮かぶような心地よさに包まれる。

笹の香りをまとった名物の鮎の笹焼きは、香ばしさと旨みが際立つ一品。盛夏の頃には氷のうつわが目にも涼しい氷室そうめんが登場する。流れる川を背景に、カウンターに立つ料理⼈が⽬の前で仕上げる所作も楽しんで。併設のカフェでドリンクをテイクアウトして、テラスのように川床で寛げるのも嬉しい（席料550円／雨天中止）。
