2025年11月21日（金）、京都駅から［東本願寺］へと続く烏丸通沿いに［蕎麦と寿し 七乃家（なのや）］（京都府京都市下京区）がオープンする。和の趣を活かした空間で十割そばと寿司を提供する新業態で、旅の合間や観光の前後に気軽に立ち寄りやすい立地も魅力だ。
看板の十割そばは、そば殻ごと丁寧に挽き上げた香り豊かな味わいと、つるりとした軽やかなのど越しが特徴で、そば粉の旨みをしっかり堪能できる。また、店名の通り寿司にも力を入れ、グループ店である［天ぷら寿司海鮮 米福］仕込みの天ぷらと寿司を組み合わせ、そばの新しい楽しみ方を提案。
京都駅周辺で上質なそばを味わえる一軒として覚えておくと重宝するかも。
