2025年6月28日（土）に、オリジナルの日本酒づくりが体験できる施設［My Sake World 京都河原町店］（京都府京都市下京区）がオープンする。今年1月にオープンした［My Sake World 御池別邸］の2号店となるこちらは、最大30名での体験が可能な広々とした空間で、国内外からの観光客にも対応した多言語サービス（英語・中国語）を導入。四条河原町や清水五条からも徒歩圏内という立地で、京都観光の新たなおでかけスポットとして注目を集めている。

［My Sake world］の特徴は、好みの組み合わせで日本酒をブレンドして、オリジナルの「ブレンド日本酒（マイサケ）」がつくれること。ブレンドに使用する日本酒は「吟醸酒」「純米酒」「生酒」「熟成酒」など、さまざまなジャンルを全国各地から取り寄せた豊富なラインナップ。そのすべてが試飲可能なので、多彩な味を飲み比べながら自分の好みを発見できるのも嬉しいポイント。

体験はスタッフによるレクチャーから始まり、2度の試作を経てオリジナルレシピを作成。完成したマイサケはその日のうちに持ち帰ることができるので、お土産やギフトとしてもおすすめ。

1号店である［My Sake World 御池別邸］では今年1月のオープンからすでに1000人以上が体験しており、「自分だけの日本酒が作れるのが嬉しい」「日本酒初心者でもすごく楽しめた」といった声が寄せられているそう。記念日や旅の思い出作りに、新感覚の“日本酒体験”を楽しんでみて。
