Kaku-uchi and Men Bansan (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) is the new face of the hot restaurant chain Yuasa Kaikan. The self-pouring style of Kaku-uchi is interesting, with customers pouring their own sake and wine and selecting drinks from a showcase.

The restaurant's signature menu item is a noodle dish themed "Sake-no Ato Men (Noodles After Sake That Lead to Tomorrow). There are two types of noodles available: ramen noodles made by Kondo Seimen, a long-established noodle shop in Kyoto, and hand-pulled Handa Somen, so you can choose according to your mood that day.

Ramen: 1,200 yen for a regular serving. It is topped with chicken breast chashu pork cooked at low temperature to tenderness and artisanal shinjo. Ramen noodles are thin and somen noodles are thick and firm.
