今回の料理教室では、「京都市中央市場仲卸業者オススメ!とっておきの旬の店」に掲載されている名店のシェフを講師に招き、それぞれの個性を活かしたレシピを学ぶことができる。
[The Kyoto Food Culture Museum Ajiawaikan is a food experience facility located near the Kyoto Central Market. It offers visitors the pleasure of "knowing, cooking, and tasting" by presenting Kyoto's unique food culture and the charms of the market.
Exhibits where visitors can learn about Kyoto's traditional and seasonal ingredients, cooking classes and lectures by professional chefs, workshops for parents and children, and other food events are held from time to time.
