2025年9月2日（火）に、世界10ヶ国以上に展開しているラグジュアリー日本酒ブランド「HEAVENSAKE」と、［ホテルオークラ京都］内にあるレストラン［鉄板焼ときわ］のペアリングイベントが開催される。「HEAVENSAKE」は、シャンパーニュ界のレジェンドと言われているレジス・カミュ氏が、日本の名だたる酒蔵とともに手掛けた日本酒で、海外でも高い評価を受けている。今回は、「ノワール」「オレンジ」「アズール」の3本が登場し、香り、味わい、なめらかな口当たり、長く続く余韻を、五感で味わう鉄板焼と合わせて楽しめる。地上60mからの眺望とともに極上のペアリングを堪能して。
