Under the concept of "Colors of Spring," a colorful menu of spring-colored mimosa salad and Provence-style tart will be offered. To commemorate the Osaka-Kansai Expo, a gourmet EXPO featuring foodstuffs, specialties and local cuisine from Osaka and the other two prefectures in the Kansai region was held. Osaka prepared a pizza that pays homage to its famous grilled squid, Kyoto prepared macere of spiced Kyoto pork, and Shiga prepared Omi beef and red konnyaku as ingredients for calzone. At the sweets corner, Nara's strawbaked rice cakes with Yoshino kuzu will be prepared and served on the spot. In addition, the chefs have added their own special touch to ingredients and specialties from Hyogo, Wakayama, and other regions. The monthly menu also features a dish using Kansai ingredients, so be sure to check it out as well.
