The "Fukui Gastronomic Travel Campaign" is being held from January 12 (Fri.) at all 12 long-established ryotei restaurants in Kyoto, with each restaurant selecting seasonal ingredients to use from Fukui Prefecture and offering menus that make the most of the skills of the master chefs.
