Celebrating 135 years of history! [A 135°East longitude gem to be enjoyed at Hotel Okura Kyoto

Hotel Okura Kyoto will celebrate its 135th anniversary by holding the fifth installment of its special "Foods from 135°East Longitude" series at Kyoto Cuisine Irifune from November 8 (Wed) to December 30 (Sat).
[In honor of the year 1888, when Hotel Okura Kyoto was founded, the time at 135 degrees east longitude was set as Japan Standard Time, and the menu will make use of local ingredients from the 135 degree east longitude area.
This time, the sumptuous "Yasaka" kaiseki course featuring Tsuiyama crab and Shogoin turnip, priced at 25,000 yen, will be offered as an exquisite kaiseki meal using carefully selected ingredients grown in the nature-rich regions of Hyogo Prefecture and the Tango region.
