Starting April 28, 2022 (Thursday), a festival based on the concept of "mutual assistance, coexistence, and mutual prosperity" will be held every month at Kiyomizu Temple.
We aim to expand the ``circle of goodwill'' that will lead to the future, centered on three things: passing on traditional crafts and culture, reducing food loss, and building networks. In the tents that line the grounds, a variety of items are displayed and sold, including crafts that shine with craftsmanship and seasonal vegetables.
This is the first time that a fair has been held regularly at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and I have a feeling it will become a new specialty of Kyoto. Preparation status and latest news will be posted on Instagram, so be sure to check it out!
