Savories will include six delicate offerings, such as chicken liver mousse with cacao nibs and foie gras poached in cacao butter.

From January 11 (Tuesday), a collaborative cocktail drink using [CHOCOLATE BANK] products will be available.
The lineup includes two different types of cocktails: a gin and tonic that combines the sweetness of cacao butter with the spiciness of sansho pepper, and a sweet cocktail that chocolate lovers will love.
