Luxury Mont-Blanc is an enhanced version of the famous Mont-Blanc that has been improved since the establishment of Mar Blanche. To fully enjoy the taste of marron paste from Sabaton, France, which is indispensable for Mont Blanc, a cake with a good texture is placed at the bottom, on top of which is a yokan (sweet bean jelly made by hardening chestnuts in syrup with agar), a layer of light cream to complement the yokan, and a layer of rich rum-scented marron cream around the cream.
