観光客で賑わう［八坂神社］の参道にある純喫茶［COFFEE Cattleya］（京都府京都市東山区）。80年ほど前から続く店で、店長が変わりながらも、かつて使われていた井戸やインテリアなど内装はそのまま引き継がれてきたという。時代を紡いできたからこそ生み出される重厚感は唯一無二で、多くの人を惹き付けている。
