The extra-thick samgyeopsal is seasoned simply with white pepper and sesame oil, and the flavor is concentrated in the meat.

We recommend the aged samgyeopsal, pork that has been aged for 10 to 14 days in a space where a constant temperature is maintained. We purchase domestic pork in the best condition at the time of purchase.
