The exquisite saltiness makes it delicious even without the sauce, but eat-in customers can choose from two dipping sauces. Also, look out for the SIGNATURE FRITES KYOTO, an eat-in-only homage to sukiyaki, which can only be had here. Many of the craft beers they carry are from Kyoto breweries.

In the eat-in space at the back of the store, beer taps are lined up, and combined with photos of the Dutch landscape that were taken there, you can enjoy Fritz's in a foreign country atmosphere. The restaurant is open from noon, so it is recommended for a quick lunchtime drink. Take-out is also available, so it is a perfect accompaniment to sightseeing in Kyoto.
