The owner, Mr. Hasegawa, moved to Nantan from Kyoto 13 years ago. He runs a cafe at IF, which is a renovated large old house built over 100 years ago, and works as a yoga instructor at the yoga studio on the second floor.

Hasegawa, who is raising six children, says, ``I want people to build a foundation for their bodies to be healthy, so I offer yoga and aroma therapy, and I use local vegetables grown without chemical seasonings or pesticides.'' , I try to make dishes that are good for the body.

Veggie lunch 1500 yen. Soup and seasonal deli are included, and the main dish of the day is Koya tofu fritters.

We also offer vegan lunches and sweets that do not use animal ingredients so that as many people as possible can enjoy them. Healthy food made with recently introduced rice pavers! The 1-minute pizza is also a recommended dish.

A drink and dessert set that comes with lunch for an additional 500 yen. Dessert is gateau chocolate and soy milk pudding that does not use animal products.
